I completely agree. A strong handshake shows confidence too. You don't need to break someone's hand, just get a firm grasp.

As a woman in business for 8 years I have to say I agree. Nothing turns my stomach like a weak handshake... from a male or female.

While I've met a few women with weak handshakes, the majority of the time when I notice a weak handshake it is from a guy! I don't know why people forget how important a strong handshake is but more and more, I'm shaking a weak hand and it is very off-putting! I'd rather someone over compensate and shake too hard than go all limp. A limp handshake immediately makes me think the person is a creeper and people don't like doing business with creepers. Thanks for the reminder!

Women? What about men? I've met a lot of males who have TERRIBLE handshakes... worse than many women! Maybe it is a world pandemic.
